Whenever you buy an N-DUBZ product, look out for the DUKU DOLLARS logo.  Next to it, you will find instructions on how to validate your purchase and get more POINTS. There will either be a UNIQUE CODE that you enter at N-DUBZ.COM or, in the case of CDS and iTunes, instructions for how you can validate your purchase at N-DUBZ.COM.

 

If you are a registered member of DUKU DOLLARS you can earn POINTS as you carry out some activities on the site, e.g. uploading images and reviewing ‘Against All Odds’.

As you earn POINTS you automatically unlock REWARDS on the DUKO DOLLARS pages. REWARDS are digital music, downloadable images, exclusive videos and some sensational ‘money can’t buy’ prizes.

 

A full list of the REWARDS and the points needed to unlock them can be found on the ‘N-DUBZ REWARDS’ table and will appear every time you log into N-DUBZ.COM. The red gauge shows how many POINTS you have and what your next REWARD will be. During the coming months N-DUBZ will add more ways to earn POINTS so make sure that you read your regular N-DUBZ email newsletter when you get it.

For security reasons, user passwords are encrypted and cannot be emailed to you. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to request a new password. It will be emailed to the email that you used to register with, but please check your Spam folder if you cannot find it.

 

 

When you visit the Duku Dollars pages you will see the ‘How To Earn Points’ table. You will see a list of the purchases and activities that allow you to earn points.

 

After you have logged in click on the ‘Validate More’ button. You will then see the validation widget, if you have problems with the validation widget use the ‘Help & Info’ link at the bottom of the widget, emailing from here will allow us to see your machine settings and fix the problem. The Push Entertainment support team, they will respond within 24 hours.

 

There will be a DuKu Dollars tag on qualifying merchandise with your unique code. Not all merchandise will have Points associated with it, so if there is no tag there will be no points. If the item does not appear on the list there will be no points associated with it.

 

There are no codes with CDs, DVDs and iTunes purchases, the validation widget can tell the difference between a genuine CD and one burnt from MP3s and between an iTunes purchase and ripped CD.
